We’ve created an ultra-premium tea house brand inspired by the moment the Chinese Empress first opened the Forbidden City to the world. New cultures blended, traditions were reshaped, and the finest teas were shared. The brand aims to create a café-like experience with online purchasing options. Customers can enjoy high-quality tea paired with Western pastries. Our brand image is inspired by Empress Dowager Cixi, symbolizing our unwavering commitment to quality. Empress Dowager Cixi was renowned for her exquisite taste in tea and understood the importance of connecting China with the West. This philosophy is reflected in our packaging and design, showcasing the harmonious beauty of cultural fusion.
The project features ultra-premium tea packaging – an innovative, refillable glass container that seals the tea to ensure optimal freshness. This reusable glass container is not only environmentally friendly but also aesthetically pleasing, with patterns reminiscent of the exquisite designs of Qing Dynasty Chinese glass. Each tea blend has a unique number and is named after a story from the Forbidden City, giving each product a rich narrative.
Within the design framework, we created luxurious tea boxes that are both elegant and practical. The luxurious feel of the tea boxes is designed to appeal to tea connoisseurs and enhance the gift-giving experience. We understand the cultural significance of tea as a gift and are committed to preserving this tradition through beautifully designed packaging, showcasing the essence of tea in Chinese culture – hospitality, warmth, and deep friendship.

Last October, our Creative Director, Asa, embarked on an inspiring journey to the palaces of Beijing, drawing inspiration that shaped our brand vision.
